本公司位于河北省东部，是我国活性炭业内大型私有股份制企业之一，公司注册资金118万元，占地面积16000平方米，年产椰壳、杏壳活性炭4000余吨，并已率先通过IS09001:2000国际质量管理体系认证，连续多年获得省市级重合同守信用单位，国家活性炭质量信益双保障示范单位。现拥有生产区两处，拥有平板炉、闷烧炉、机械炉等炉型八台，由从事多年活性碳研制、高级工程师、国家星火计划金奖获得者、果壳核一步法工艺专利持有人——刘兴，高级工程师项缙农等常年主持工作，所生产得热净牌活性炭比表面积大，孔隙结构的发达，吸附速度快，机械强度高，易冲洗，经过南京林业部林化产品质量监督检验站检测，各项指标均达到GB/T13803.2--1999中一级品得标准，并由河北省卫生厅抽检后颁发了《涉及饮用水卫生安全得国产产品卫生许可批件》，现已广泛用于饮用水、纯净水、高纯水及食品工业水处理，医药、黄金、味精、酒类、冶金、化工、石化及空气进化等领域。于2002年研制开发出空气净化专用活性炭，并于2003年研制开发成功应用于石油污水回用，糖醛污水回用工程中的废水回用专用活性炭，热净牌活性炭现已成为国内部分饮料、啤酒、味精、水处设备工程厂家、环保厂家及金矿指定使用产品。

我公司采用优质大扁杏皮、椰壳、桃壳为原材料，采用实用新型活化炉，通过热解水蒸汽活化法，进行炭化、活化精制而成，所出产品已经经过林业部林业
化产品质量监督检验站监测达到一级品标准，此项技术已被列为国家科委重点项目，并颁发证书，属国内首创，所生产的产品具有比表面极大，孔隙结构发达，过滤速度快，机械强度高，并易再生等特点，其简易生产流程见图：
